Prestbury Parish Council would like to promote the following appeal in support of Prestbury PCC:

The clock on the church tower has been keeping time in the village for nearly 500 years – it was first recorded in the Church Warden’s Accounts in 1580. The timber dial on the clock required major repair work or replacing at a cost in excess of £12,000 and fund raising has started. We need your support so please help so that the ‘heart beat’ of the village may continue well into the future.

All donations can be sent to the Parish Office of St Peter’s and made payable to Prestbury PCC, Clock Fund. There is also a colection box in the office for donations.
