Alex Thomas

Cllr Alex Thomas moved to Prestbury in 2021, and shortly after—in 2022—joined the Parish Council.

Currently the VP of Sales for a cyber security and awareness training business, Cllr Thomas has over 10 years’ experience leading and building successful sales teams.

Cllr Thomas plays an active part in the Prestbury community and has a keen interest in the maintenance, up-keep and safety of the village; regularly participating in local litter picks and cleaning projects. Cllr Thomas is also the lead councillor on a number of Prestbury train station initiatives including ‘Friends of Prestbury Station’, and more general station adoption.

In his spare time, Cllr Thomas plays the violin and is an active member of Prestbury Tennis Club.
